In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
AD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AD shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We do not ship outside of Australia. AD cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site, so please ensure the details are correct.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and the standard delivery guidelines of this service apply. AD will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Shipping costs are as shown in cart.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. However, the majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped order cannot be cancelled.
All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there any issues.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Rains Australia stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of all our products. In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. All products are also covered by a 2 year warranty, under condition that the product has not been mishandled.
To return an item, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Authority number (RA#). No goods will be accepted without a valid RA#.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt date – unworn and/or unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. All shipping costs associated with the return of faulty goods are the responsibility of AD. We will provide a link to our returns portal to lodge with Australia Post.
To exchange a product, you must email us at email@example.com and inform us of the reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions a Return Authority number (RA#) and a link to our returns portal to lodge with Australia Post. No goods will be accepted without a valid RA#. We recommend sending returns via a service that has a track & trace function as we do not accept responsibility for any lost items.
A gift card purchased from the Australia webshop (au.rains.com) cannot be redeemed at other local Rains webshops or physical Rains stores. Gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. A gift card can be used in multiple transactions until its value runs out.
Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to the same gift card. If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, as a priority the refund will be made to the payment method that is not the gift card.
